What is your teaching discipline?
Mathematics
What brought you to the area?
My husband was in the military and was transferred to this area. When he left the military, we were very happy to continue living in Williamsburg.
What is your teaching philosophy?
*Presenting
a
topic
in
an
organized
fashion
is
one
of
the
best
ways
to
teach
someone
something
new.
*One
of
the
biggest
hurdles
to
learning
math
is
having
the
time
to
practice
it.
*When
a
student
struggles
to
do
well
on
tests,
he/she
often
just
needs
to
learn
a
new
studying
technique.
I
enjoy
helping
students
find
a
way
to
study
that
makes
math
successful
for
them.
