Men's Jan. 22 Basketball Postponed

Thomas Nelson's men's basketball game against Southside Virginia Community College scheduled for Jan. 22 has been postponed because of the weather. A makeup date hasn't been announced.

The Gators (9-1 overall, 2-0 in the New South Athletic Conference) are scheduled to play again Jan. 29 at home against the College of Southern Maryland. Tipoff is at 3 p.m.

Here is the rest of the schedule:

Feb. 5: vs. Carolina Christian, 3 p.m.

Feb. 6: TPLS Christian Academy, 4 p.m.

Feb. 12: at Southside Virginia Community College

Feb. 19: at Bryant and Stratton

Feb. 20: vs. College of Southern Maryland, 3 p.m.

Feb 26: Conference tournament final, at home of higher seed. (If Thomas Nelson is higher seed, game will be at 6 p.m.)

Home games are played at Bethel High School. Students are admitted for free if they show their ID, and children under 12 are free. General admission tickets are $8, and the cost for faculty and staff with ID is $5.
