College Attainment for Parent Students (CAPS)

At Virginia Peninsula Community College, we believe that being a parent is a strength, not a barrier. The CAPS Program is committed to helping you balance your responsibilities, achieve your educational goals, and create new opportunities for yourself and your family.  CAPS provides resources, encouragement, accountability, and meaningful connections to help you thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

How CAPS Supports You
