Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) training prepares students for front-office and administrative roles in healthcare settings, covering skills like medical office scheduling, insurance billing and coding basics, patient records management, and professional communication with patients and providers. The program combines classroom instruction with practical administrative skills training and typically leads to eligibility for a national CMAA certification exam.
