The Virginia Peninsula Community College Board established the Presidential Scholar Scholarship in 1997 to assist high achieving VPCC students.
Requirements
- Enrolled and maintain full-time student status;
- Minimum GPA of 3.5; and
- Completed at least 30 semester hours at VPCC.
