- DISCUSSION OF THE PRESIDENT’S ANNUAL EVALUATION
Closed Session
- RECOMMENDED ACTION: The Executive Committee of the Board of Virginia Peninsula Community College, in accordance with §2.2-3711(A)(7) of the Code of Virginia, will convene in closed session relating to the discussion of the President’s Evaluation.
Reconvene to Open Session
- RECOMMENDED ACTION: The Executive Committee of the Board of Virginia Peninsula Community College, having finished all appropriate discussions in accordance with Section §2.2-3711 (A)(7) of the Code of Virginia, shall end the closed session and return to open session.
Certification for Closed Session
- RECOMMENDED ACTION: The members in attendance at the closed session of the Virginia Peninsula Community College Board meeting on April 9, 2025, certify that to the best of their knowledge (i) only publibusiness matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements under §2.2-3711(A) (ii) only such public business matters as were identified in the motion by which the closed meeting was convened were heard, discussed or considered in this closed session.
