Phlebotomy Technician training prepares students to safely and accurately draw blood from patients for lab testing, transfusions, research, or donations, covering venipuncture technique, specimen handling, safety protocols, and patient interaction. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on practice and typically leads to eligibility for a national phlebotomy certification exam. The full tuition for this class is $3,000.00, Virginia residents pay $1,000.00, and income-eligible students pay no tuition at all.
