The Honorable Ross A. Mugler

Ross Mugler retired on December 31, 2024 after serving 33 years as Hampton Commissioner of Revenue.
He Is a past president of the Hampton Arts Foundation and the Virginia Commissioners of the Revenue Association.
Mugler holds a bachelor of science in business administration and a master of public administration from Old Dominion University.
He currently serves as chair of the board of directors and acting president and CEO of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB).
Mugler and his wife, Martha, a member of the Hampton City Council, have three children.
