Description:
(4 credits) prerequisite: CSC 222, co-requisite: CSC 208. Explores and contrasts data structures, algorithms for manipulating data structures, and their use and appropriateness in writing efficient real-world programming applications. Investigates implementations of different data structures for efficient searching, sorting, and other transformer operations. Third course in a three-course sequence (CSC 221, CSC 222, CSC 223). Total Lecture 4 hours per week.

This is an ***ASYNCHRONOUS*** online section. Students must login to Canvas regularly to check for course announcements, complete assignments, check grades and feedback, and participate in any other course activities required by the instructor. There are NO required online class meetings. Instructors will post recordings on any live sessions conducted as part of the course. Students must have regular access to a computer and the Internet to successfully complete this course. Some courses require proctored testing.
