Making Change Work is a Workshop Focused on Participants developing a deeper understanding of how people typically respond to change and how HR professionals can proactively support and lead others through transitions. Emphasis is placed on reducing resistance, strengthening communication, and fostering adaptability across the organization. Learning Outcomes After participating in this workshop, attendees will be able to: Understand the stages and phases individuals experience in response to change and effectively meet people where they are in the process. Lessen the fear, uncertainty, and resistance commonly associated with organizational change. Strategically prepare for the introduction and implementation of change initiatives. Develop a clear and effective communication strategy to support change efforts. Proactively help others become more adaptable and change-ready. Strategically respond to resistance constructively and respectfully. Lead effective one-on-one conversations with individuals impacted by change
