Description:
The AI Advantage: Strategy and Implementation Workshop Series is a two-day workshop designed to provide organizations of all sizes with a practical, non-technical roadmap for integrating artificial intelligence into their operations. The series focuses on moving beyond casual AI usage to develop clear strategies that deliver real value while minimizing risks such as wasted investment and data exposure. On the first day, the sessions emphasize procurement and hands-on application. Participants learn how to evaluate AI tools and define right-fit use cases through a scalable framework. Specific workshops include: NotebookLM Integration: Learning to transform documents into actionable business intelligence. AI as a “Thinking Partner”: Using AI to identify patterns and blind spots that limit business growth. Live AI Agent Building: A technical-free session where attendees build a functional AI agent for lead generation using Facebooks tools. The second day explores advanced capabilities and ethical considerations. Dr. Chris Jones from NASA Langley provides insights into the fluctuating capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), using active experiments to show where they succeed and where they fail. A significant focus is placed on Responsible AI, teaching small and medium-sized businesses how to use these tools thoughtfully while keeping humans in control and maintaining customer trust. The workshop series also addresses competitive strategy, examining how AI impacts traditional principles like cost leadership and differentiation. Finally, it incorporates elements of the Grow with Google initiative, offering resources to close the digital skills gap and support business growth through professional training. Participants leave with practical workflows, mental models, and guiding principles they can apply immediately to their organizations.
