Erica Snow is one of seven students who completed the Dental Hygiene program in May 2012 and represented its first graduating class. Thomas Nelson's hands-on curriculum, state-of-the-art equipment and small class sizes that allowed one-on-one instruction gave Snow a sneak peek at her ultimate career goals. She credits the instructors for exposing her to the latest research, products and technology.
"I spent 12 years as a dental hygiene assistant, finding my passion for taking care of people and their oral health. I knew I could do more to help people by becoming a dental hygienist. Some of my best experiences are the instructors' willingness to assist throughout my educational endeavors and their ability to effectively present the material, reaching across all different styles of learning," Snow said.
