Jonathan Romero Nursing Scholarship Fund

Mr. Jonathan Romero established this scholarship in 2011. Mr. Romero graduated with a degree in nursing from Virginia Peninsula in May 2011. Mr. Romero is active in community service and is grateful for the assistance he has received while attending VPCC. Preference will be give to African-American male nursing student(s).

Requirements

• Be accepted and enrolled full-time in the VPCC Associate Degree Nursing Program;
• Demonstrate need to benefit from financial assistance as determined by the VPCC Financial Aid Office;
• Demonstrate and maintain satisfactory academic progress; and
• Preference given to qualified African-American male nursing student(s).
