Design and facilitate interactive, student-centered learning sessions for SHRM-CP/SCP certification preparation. • Present course materials aligned with SHRM’s Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge™ (BASK). • Utilize diverse instructional techniques, including lectures, discussions, group activities, and case studies. • Provides timely communication with students, staff, and administrators of the College. • Offer guidance on exam preparation strategies, study tips, and practice exam techniques.
