• Perform maintenance and repairs on all electrical systems and equipment to include lighting, main distribution panels, distribution panels, circuit panels, transformers, breakers, outlets, etc. at the Journeyman level for all College locations.
• Track man hours and materials on work orders and preventive maintenance programs via the current maintenance software program.
• Oversee various service contracts to include fire alarm system

• Install new and/or upgrade existing electrical systems to include raceways, circuit panels, safety switches, lighting contactors, transformers, lighting fixtures, protective relays, wiring devices, etc. at the Journeyman level in support of the college’s campus electrical needs.

• Perform journeyman level scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment in accordance with Industry standard practices and procedures.
