The National Council of Negro Women, Inc. (NCNW) is a service organization that seeks to help women improve their quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities. The Tidewater section of NCNW will offer one NEED BASE educational award in the amount of $500 to an African American female planning to attend a community college.
