The program covers proper lead placement\, reading basic EKG strips\, patient preparation\, and safety procedures\, and typically leads to eligibility for a national EKG technician certification exam. The full tuition for this class is $1\,800.00\, Virginia residents pay $600.00\, and income-eligible students pay no tuition at all.
