Its instrumentation\, including two vocalists\, is that of the traditional 18-piece jazz orchestra of the 1940’s big bands. The band’s music\, however\, spans from the traditional ”swing” era to contemporary music performed in Latin\, Jazz fusion\, Funk\, and Rock styles.\n\nStan’s Big Band is committed to keeping\, live\, and particularly big band music\, alive through performing at schools\, festivals\, concerts\, and community events.
