DESCRIPTION:Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) training prepares students to support physicians and other healthcare providers with both clinical and administrative tasks\, including taking vital signs\, preparing patients for exams\, assisting with minor procedures\, drawing blood\, and administering injections. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical practice and typically leads to eligibility for a national medical assistant certification exam. The full tuition for this class is $3\,900.00\, Virginia residents pay $1\,300.00\, and income-eligible students pay no tuition at all.
