DESCRIPTION:The Childcare Directors Forum offers information\, resources\, and workshops that will offer support for childcare administrators\, directors\, and assistants in their roles. The Forum provides opportunities for directors with similar roles to collaborate and share ideas with one another.  \nParticipants must register in advance to attend\, those wishing to attend must e-mail pleasantr@vpcc.edu\, lunch will be provided for the face-to-face sessions. \nThis edition of the Forum takes place at the Center for Excellence in Early Childhood Development\, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Employees and students should monitor their email for additional information and guidance from their supervisors and instructors. \nCollege officials are closely monitoring information and guidance from weather professionals and emergency management agencies. Conditions permitting\, campuses in Hampton and Williamsburg\, along with satellite locations\, will reopen Tuesday\, Jan. 27. \nIn the meantime\, the College encourages students and staff to confirm they are signed up for emergency messages through GatorAlert (www.vpcc.edu/gatoralert)\, continue monitoring VPCC email for updates\, and prepare for remote work and learning.
