(3 credits) Prerequisite(s): MTH 154 eligible or MTH 154/MDE 54 eligible. Teaches fluid power system design, operation, testing, maintenance and repair. Includes reservoirs, pump connecting valves, cylinders, pressure regulating valves, flow control valves, hydraulic motors, and introduction to basic hydrostatic hydraulic systems. Lecture 2 hours + lab 3 hours = total 5 hours per week.
