(4 credits) CHM 101/102 must be taken in sequence. Prerequisite/s: ENG 111 eligible or ENG 111/EDE 11 eligible and MTH 154 eligible or MTH 154/MTH 54 eligible. Explores the experimental and theoretical concepts of general chemistry while emphasizing scientific reasoning, critical and analytical thinking. Designed for the non-science major. Lecture 3 hours + lab 3 hours = total 6 hours per week. THIS IS AN APPROVED UCGS/PASSPORT COURSE.
