2021 Chapter Scholarship

Every year, each VNA local chapter provides a $1000 scholarship to a prelicensure nursing student who attends school in their area. This scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates commitment to their nursing education and involvement in their local and/or school communities.

  1. Have successfully completed at least four nursing courses (and received grades) in a nursing program at a state-approved and nationally-accredited school of nursing in Virginia.
  2. Be a Virginia resident.
  3. Have a college/university cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale.

Virginia Peninsula Educational Foundation, Inc. scholarships can be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and other related educational expenses. 2022-2023 academic year scholarship application period will open March 1, 2022. Please use your MyTNCC username and password to log in.
